That which is mine

A wise woman once told me that babies who scream at birth are meant to do great things. My mum says I cried for six months straight. The neighbour lady recommended that I be taken to a specialist.
I have done no great things. I am still a relatively unhappy person. And my tantrums do tend to be loud. However, I imagine that I am meant for greatness. Not because I have any markers for it.
I am just a loner, with poor social skills, a tendency to count, an intolerance of hierarchy, and a poor work ethic regarding almost everything.
The point is, I am at an extreme. It could go either way. I hope it goes the way that doesn’t leave me broke and homeless.
